My redemption request was showing as pending, and now it’s gone?
When you submit your redemption request, it goes through mandatory internal processing for up to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Until this time, the funds will be visible on your end to be canceled if you wish. Once the process is complete, you will no longer see the funds in your account because they will be on their way to you.
