How do I verify my account?

The verification of your account is a simple process.

Click the "Redeem" button found in the menu bar on the left-hand side, and follow the on-screen instruction.

Once you initiate the verification process, you will be directed to a page where you will be able to upload your documents. 

After you have successfully submitted your documents, our Customer Support team will review your account and they will contact you via email with an update on the status of the verification.

The team will also inform you of any further documents we may require in order to complete the process.
