My game play was interrupted/My game froze

If your game play was unexpectedly interrupted or your game froze due to an unexpected technical issue (might have been due to lost connection on your side, or the application froze or crashed), please do not worry.
The mechanism of the game ensures that your game plays are completed, no matter what happens to the game and in case if you won more coins, they will be added to your account balance accordingly.
If you experience the game interruption frequently, here are some steps that you can do on your own that might help resolve the trouble:

3. Close all other applications to resolve software conflicts and free up resources
4. Check your power management settings and make sure they’re set to High Performance
5. Overheating can cause performance issues, game crashes, and full computer lockups. Check for overheating components.
6. Make sure an antivirus scanner isn’t running while playing the game
